PAUL TAYLOR is the man who created Retro, the UK’s leading light in Classic House music way way back in 1998. In the late ’80s, Paul Taylor & business partner Steve Farkas took ownership of 1200 capacity club called The Angels located under a multi-story car park in Burnley, Lancashire. Although The Angels had been opened a few years by this point, it wasn’t until around 1990 when it would rise out of the early house scene and start to draw crowds from all over. During these formative years, the club was host to many D.J.’s who later became big names in the following decade. D.J.s like Carl Cox, Sasha, Pete Tong, DJ Hype, Paul Oakenfold, and many others graced the Angels decks. Alongside these soon-to-be worldwide D.J.’s, you had local talent playing like Paul Taylor, DJ Welly, and Rick B.

BEN TAYLOR – Ben’s professional DJ career kicked off in the club scene way back in the late 90’s. Bens versatility and understanding of house music in many delightful forms is crystal clear, and his ability to know what makes a dance floor tick has set him apart. Performing at some of the best clubs across the globe; Tall Trees, Pacha, Sankeys, The Empire, Warehouse Project, Plug Sheffield and Eden to name but a few, and supporting world class DJ’s such as The Shapeshifters, MYNC project, Tom Novy, Graham Park, Jeremy Healy, Alistair Whitehead and of course his father Paul Taylor, DJ Ben Taylor has certainly imprinted his name firmly on the clubbing scene.

AS LOUD AS YOU LIKE IT – FOR THEIR THIRD TIME AT TAPESTRY!

Sabbotage arrived on the scene in November 2014.  Formed from the ashes of the already established Sabbath Tribute Snowblind. Immediately it was obvious that this band would become the most authentic and by far the best Black Sabbath tribute in the UK.

All of the band are highly accomplished and experienced musicians sharing a great passion for early Black Sabbath in particular, which results in an unforgettable experience for all having the privilege to see them perform live.

For those that missed Black Sabbath in their first incarnation this is definitely the closest you are ever likely to get to the real thing.

Sabbotage have a repertoire of over 2 1/2 hours’ worth of early Black Sabbath classics to draw from and are still adding to this to keep creating the ultimate Sabbath tribute

FLINT MOORE

Flint Moore

Award-winning UK band Flint Moore is a unique voice in the rock genre, one that’s steeped in the complexities of human emotion and the inevitabilities of life. Their sound is an exploration of hopeful despair, a contradiction that resonates through their music. They navigate the dualities of existence – pain and death, yet also openness and infinite possibility.

Drawing inspiration from 90s and 2000s icons like Tool, Radiohead, and Pearl Jam, they’ve carved a sound for themselves that respects their revolutionary sounds while pushing their own boundaries. They strive to extend the emotional and musical narratives they found in their own influences.

At the heart of Flint Moore is the belief that life is pain, and only by choice is it different. Their music is about those who have faced darkness, yet choose to seek out the light.

Mick always had a plan to perform his solo songs live, but his commitments with Smokie the last few years, made this pretty much impossible. However; due to the fact that Smokie now have certain periods off for downtime and re-charging the batteries, it allows Mick to throw some commitment to his Blues project, ” Blue Thunder” and they’ll start to perform in the autumn 2023 with more dates added in the arly part of 2024

Just a reminder! ……..  Mick’s solo album “Under My Skin” got to number 13 in the European Blues Chart, so It’s a venture he takes very seriously!
Mick also had centre spread interviews in the Blues in Britain, and various Euro Blues Scene magazines.
Fantastic album reviews and Worldwide airplay got people talking!
He’s even fortunate enough to have joined the “One Billion Club” for a PLAYLIST that featured the Track “Holdin On”

He stated recently “My band are nice guys, and boy can they groove
